Brands: run multiple identities from one account

Per-brand niche, voice, design, accounts, and publish routing.

Written by Shawn Ng · Updated August 1, 2026

A brand owns its identity — niche, colors, handle, design template, avatar — and its own connected accounts, tracked profiles, ideas, and posts. One Krevaya login can run several.

Setting up

  • Brands → Auto-group accounts — each Facebook Page + its linked Instagram becomes a brand automatically; Bluesky handles match by name.
  • Or create brands manually and assign each connected account to one via the dropdown on its chip.

Switching

The brand switcher sits above the sidebar. Pick a brand to work in, or All brands to see every brand's posts, ideas, and tracked profiles together — new content still lands in the active brand.

Per-brand publish routing

Each brand carries its own rule for what happens when drafts are ready: Review first, Auto-publish on schedule, or Off — plus per-platform daily caps. Posts publish to the account/Page assigned to their brand; unassigned posts go to your Active Page (set it on Connections).

Deleting a brand is blocked while it's active (switch away first); its content falls back to your default brand. Every paid plan has unlimited brands; Free has one.
