Publish modes, posting schedule & the calendar

Off / Review / Auto, daily caps, best-time slots, and drag-to-reschedule.

Publish mode

Settings → Publishing preferences has three modes:

  • Off — pause everything.
  • Review — drafts wait for your approval (the default, and what we recommend).
  • Auto — approved drafts publish on schedule without another look.

Multi-brand accounts set this per brand (Brands → edit → "When drafts are ready"), including per-platform daily caps and toggles.

Daily caps

Set max posts per day per platform (0–20; 0 turns a platform off). Krevaya never exceeds these, no matter how many drafts are approved.

Posting slots & best times

Your actual posting times come from your schedule. The easiest way to set it: Coach → Best times to post shows a day/hour heat strip per platform — blended from your own published posts once you have data, industry priors before that — and Apply to my schedule writes the suggested slots in one click.

The calendar

Calendar shows your month at a glance:

  • Drag a post to another day to reschedule it.
  • Click an empty future day to compose straight onto it.
  • The Approved (auto-queue) rail shows posts waiting for the next free slot, with the projected time.
  • The compose dialog fans one piece of copy out per platform, with per-platform tweaks (Instagram hashtags, Threads character counter), and lets you save as drafts, take the next free slot, or pick an exact time.

Scheduling uses your device's timezone; the best-times heatmap states its own timezone on the card.
