Connect Facebook & Instagram

Meta OAuth, Pages, Reels, carousels — and the first-comment quirk.

Connecting

Connections → Connect via Meta. You'll authorize Krevaya for your Facebook Page(s); an Instagram Business account linked to a Page is picked up automatically. Use Reconnect / add pages any time to extend access.

Multiple Pages? Assign each to a brand (Brands page) — posts publish to the Page their brand owns. Unassigned posts go to your Active Page (set it on Connections).

What publishes

  • Facebook — posts with generated images; scheduling prompts you to pick the Page if several are connected.
  • Instagram — feed posts, carousels (toggle in Settings), and Reels (drafts from the reel editor and faceless-video renders land as IG Reel drafts).

The first-comment quirk

Krevaya can prepare a first comment (great for links/CTAs) and auto-posts it on publish everywhere it can — but Instagram's API doesn't allow auto-posted first comments, so for IG the comment is shown for one-tap copy-paste instead. Not a Krevaya limitation; a platform one.

Good to know

  • Post insights (reach, likes, comments) flow back within about an hour of publishing.
  • Publishing to a platform that isn't connected is blocked with a "Connect to publish" prompt — scheduling is still allowed, so you can prepare ahead.
