Troubleshooting & FAQ

The badge meanings, wait states, and quirks that generate the most questions.

What does the "Cached bank" badge mean?

That draft or idea was served from Krevaya's pre-authored content bank because live AI generation was momentarily unavailable. It's always labeled, and it's still edited to your niche. Regenerate later for fully personalized output.

My generation is taking a while.

Repurpose runs, goal plans, video scripts, faceless renders, and reel cuts are background jobs — the UI polls and tells you the stage. Keep the tab open; a faceless render can take a few minutes.

Publish is blocked with "Connect {platform} to publish".

The post's platform isn't connected (or its brand doesn't own an account there). Scheduling still works, so you can prepare posts before connecting. Head to Connections.

A post shows "failed".

Open it and hit Retry publish. Common causes: an expired platform token (reconnect on Connections) or a platform-side rejection.

Why didn't my first comment auto-post on Instagram?

Instagram's API doesn't allow it. Krevaya shows the prepared comment for copy-paste; on other platforms it auto-posts.

My Threads post got cut off.

Threads enforces a hard character cap; long posts are truncated at publish. The composer's counter warns you first.

What timezone are my scheduled times in?

Your device/browser timezone, everywhere in the app. The best-times heatmap states its own timezone on the card.

I switched brands and everything changed.

That's by design — each brand has its own posts, ideas, and accounts. Use All brands in the switcher for a combined read-only view; new content still lands in the active brand.

Where did my AI-generated images go?

Every image generated in the design studio is saved to Assets, alongside your uploads and platform-fitted crops.

Something else?

Use the chat bubble on any page — you'll reach a human (and an AI assistant grounded on these very articles).
